A revived Port Arthur tradition for the America 250 year: cultural groups fill the Lucy Stiefel Gallery with decorated trees, crafts, nativity scenes, recipes and music from the city's many heritages. Opening reception 2–4 PM; displays on view through Jan 8. Free, with a food drive for the Southeast Texas Food Bank.
